Birthdays, for many, are all about taking a break from work and putting their feet up. For Babil, it’s the opposite. As the actor celebrates his 28th birthday today, he is all too happy to spend the special day doing what he loves the most — facing the camera. “Over the years, I’ve realised there is no better way for me to spend my birthday than working,” said Babil, who is currently filming the second schedule of his yet-untitled action series in Bhopal.

This marks the actor’s fifth consecutive working birthday, and he wouldn’t have it any other way. “I feel grateful that I get to do what I love so deeply, and there’s something beautiful about spending this day doing the one thing that grounds me the most. For me, it’s the best kind of celebration — just being present, learning, creating, and doing the work. I miss being away from family. The past few months have been all about shooting relentlessly, but it has been enriching as well,” shared Babil, who was last seen in Logout (2025).
