Bollywood actor Mouni Roy has finally reacted to reports of her divorce from husband Suraj Nambiar. While the actress did not directly confirm the divorce, she requested media to not publish fake narratives. She also requested for space and privacy.

On Wednesday, Mouni Roy took to her Instagram stories to respond to reports of her divorce going viral on social media.
She wrote, “Humbly requesting all media houses to not publish false narrative and give us space and privacy. Please”
About Mouni-Suraj divorce rumours
It was on Tuesday morning, when the buzz about Mouni and Suraj’s separation surfaced after fans noticed that the couple had unfollowed each other on Instagram. A new report claimed that the couple have already separated and are not living together.
Amid all the chatter, Suraj deactivated his social media handle on Instagram. “Sorry, this page isn`t available”, read the message when one tries to reach his account. Mouni`s best friend, actress Disha Patani, also reportedly unfollowed Suraj on Instagram before his account was allegedly deactivated.
Amid their social media activity, reports of cheating also surfaced. According to a report by Saas Bahu Aur Saazish on ABP News, Suraj Nambiar has allegedly been accused of being unfaithful to Mouni Roy and reportedly leveraging their relationship for public visibility. The report further alleged that he may have used Mouni’s financial resources for personal gain. However, neither Mouni nor Suraj has officially responded to the divorce rumours or addressed these allegations so far.
It was four years ago in 2022, when Mouni and Suraj got married in Goa in an intimate wedding. They tied the knot as per both Malayali and Bengali traditions.

On the professional front, Mouni will play a crucial role in Madhur Bhandarkar`s The Wives, along with Sonali Kulkarni, Regina Cassandra, Rahul Bhatt, Saurabh Sachdeva, Arjan Bajwa, and Freddy Daruvala in significant roles.
