Akshay Kumar spotlights a contestant`s inspiring journey
When Rajkumar mentioned an incident where he wasn’t allowed entry into Film City with his auto, Akshay empathetically clarified, “Dekhiye, vo isliye nahi hai ki aap auto rickshaw chalate hain. Vo isliye hai ki yaha ki safety, yaha actors hain, bahut log aate hain, galat log aa jate hain kabhi-kabhi, kahi baar peeke bhi aa jate hain. To vo kisi ko nahi pata hota hai. To uske liye mai maafi chahta hu.”
The conversation grew more emotional as Rajkumar proudly shared how his daughter has transformed their lives. From humble beginnings in a small home in Sion Koliwada to now owning a 3 BHK apartment, Akansha’s journey stands as a testament to determination and dedication. A national-level hockey player representing Maharashtra, she has not only excelled in sports but has also uplifted her family.
Rajkumar emotionally credited his daughter for everything, saying, “ Aaj jhopadpati se utha ke 3 BHK mein paucha diya. Mujhe ek Bullet bhi kharid ke de diya.” Akshay, visibly moved and proud, encouraged them further, even gesturing toward the car prize and saying, “Aaj umeed kariye ki ye gaadi bhi le ke jaaye.”

The moment became even more special when Akshay reminisced about his own past, sharing, “Main rehta tha bilkul SIES College ke saamne ek chhoti si gulli (lane) hai, ek chhota sa ghar hota tha, ek room ka ghar hota tha.” This personal connection made the moment even more heartfelt, as he expressed how meeting the family reminded him of his own journey.
Wrapping up the interaction with a powerful message, Akshay said, “Log kehte hain ki betiya jo hoti hain, vo paraya dhan hoti hain. Ye kahawat hai. Lekin Akansha jaisi beti ye proof kar deti hain ki ye paraya dhan nahi, ye ghar ka stambh hai, pillar hai.”
The touching exchange celebrated not just Akansha’s achievements as a national-level hockey player but also highlighted the strength, resilience, and pride of a daughter who became the pillar of her family, leaving everyone in the studio deeply inspired.
