This month, over 650 new F&B venues made it to 50 Best Discovery by World’s 50 Best Restaurants for the first time, spotlighting dining, drinking and travel destinations around the world. The additions feature more than 210 restaurants, 110 bars and 130 hotels, as well as the integration of over 190 vineyards as a new category. Each venue is selected after receiving a certain number of votes from the expert voting academies. Six Indian restaurants and bars feature in this list.

A great kitchen is built on consistency, respect for ingredients, and an unwavering commitment to doing the small things right, every single day. The food philosophy comes from a personal place. I grew up in a small town, and eating out wasn’t something we did every weekend. It was an occasion. It meant celebrating something, or simply making the most of a rare opportunity. So, when we did go out, the food had to feel worth it. So we ask ourselves: Is it genuinely delicious to me? If the answer is yes, then it deserves a place on the menu.
