Model and actress Seerat Kapoor strongly reacted to a misogynistic comment linking her to Allu Arjun on social media. The actress called out a troll over the language used after they referred to her as Allu Arjun’s “property” under one of her latest posts.
Seerat Kapoor hits back at trolls
Seerat Kapoor recently shared a series of glamorous pictures of herself in a brown lacy outfit on Instagram with the caption, “Entering the weekend like my own muse (star emoji).” As most fans flooded the comments section with compliments and love-filled emojis, one Instagram user chose to post a nasty comment that read, “Allu Arjun property (heart emoji).”
The comment quickly went viral online after Seerat chose not to ignore the troll, but instead reacted with a detailed message that spoke of respect, identity and dignity of women.
Instead of letting the comment pass, Seerat replied with a firm message. “Adding a “(heart eye emoji)” doesn’t make it sound any respectful Sir. A woman is never anyone’s property. She’s her own person, with her own identity, dreams & voice. Admire with dignity, not ownership. Stay blessed,” she wrote.
Her reply found support from several followers, with many applauding her for addressing the comment publicly instead of ignoring it. One fan replied, “This is exactly how you deal with trolls,” while another wrote, “Well said.”
