Training will be conducted in batches of 60, with separate sessions for Marathi and other mediums, as well as Urdu-medium schools, across state, district, and taluka levels. The new policy follows a 5+3+3+4 structure — covering foundational, preparatory, middle, and secondary stages — under which the curriculum which was already introduced for Std I in 2025-26, and is to be followed by Std II, III, IV, and VI in 2026-27, while the rest of the grades will be brought into the policy by 2028.
