The announcement comes nearly three weeks after they made an appearance at the premiere of The Devil Wears Prada 2. At the time, the media was focused on the burglary attempt at their home.

About Barbara and Dylan’s romance

The couple first met in 2017 at a party, where they struck up a conversation. According to People, Palvin cut in front of Sprouse as they entered the event, prompting him to call her out. She replied, “What are you, a hot-dog vendor?” Despite that exchange, the two instantly connected.

Palvin later followed Sprouse on Instagram, and he soon messaged her. They began dating in June 2018 and made their relationship Instagram official in August that year.

By November 2018, Palvin had spoken warmly about the relationship. “I feel like I found the perfect guy,” she told Vogue Australia, adding, “He’s very kind and gentle.”

The couple got engaged privately in September 2022 and announced it in June 2023. “We didn’t necessarily feel the need to be fully transparent with the public about that aspect of our engagement,” Sprouse told V Magazine. Palvin added, “We just want to do it on our time.”

The couple tied the knot in July 2023 in Hungary, Palvin’s home country.
