On Monday, September 15, 2025, Nikki star Sheena Bajaj welcomed a baby son with her actor spouse Rohit Purohit. Rohit, who plays Armaan in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, recently announced the birth of their first child.

Rohit and Sheena are blessed with a boy

In a shared Instagram post, Rohit said,  “It’s a boy #Blessed.” The post featured a black and white maternity photoshoot picture of the couple embracing the baby bump. The pic featured a text, “It’s a boy… 15.9.25.”

Rohit also included a nice photo of himself and Sheena during the pregnancy photoshoot in the second image. The couple thanked their fans for their love and support.
The photo included writing that stated, “Thank you for your love, support, and blessing!”

Fans, friends, and television professionals all sent their congratulations and wishes to the pair.

Sheena released a video of her baby bulge just hours before making the pregnancy news. She said in the caption, “Prayers are all we need #lasttrimester #newbeginnings.”

The actress also posted a video outlining the essential elements found in a basic medical bag.

Rohit and Sheena announced their pregnancy in April. The pair shared the wonderful news with their fans via a heartfelt social media message.

In the photo, Rohit and Sheena are holding a charming placard that reads “Mommy and Daddy.” Expecting by 2025.” They were delighted and passionate in the video, thanking their supporters for their continued support.

The couple purchased their ideal house just days before they became parents.

Sheena had also shared a glimpse of her third trimester, “Guiding me in the last few days also @happyteethmama has been there for me like a teacher in my whole motherhood roller coaster ,truly heartfelt inspirational I felt and very happy I met her i think everybody planning to conceived or who have conceived or if ur already pregnant u must connect wid her ,even if u have last few days left for Dil cos that peace is much needed for all @amritaarora_12 @happyteethmama.”

Rohit Purohit and Sheena Bajaj first met on the set of their program Arjun. The couple developed an instant connection and began dating. After six years of dating, they married on January 22, 2019, in Jaipur. The couple had their first child, a male, on September 15, 2025.
