Kapil Sharma never ceases to tickle our funny bones with his fun episode with the biggest of Bollywood stars on The Great Indian Kapil Show on Netflix. This week saw a slew of talented stars and was a high-energy blend of K-pop and desi humour, including international sensation Jackson Wang, along with Pratik Gandhi, Jaideep Ahlawat, Vijay Varma, and Jitendra Kumar. However, there was a shocking moment in the episode when Jackson Wang claimed he would never visit India again for this reason.
Jackson Wang on why he would not visit India
The fourth episode of Kapil was a fun-filled one with Jaideep, Vijay, Jitendra, and Pratik sharing anecdotes about their struggling days and fan encounters. Towards the end, it turned out to be a fun affair with Korean sensation Jackson Wang making a grand entry. Kapil Sharma welcomed Jackson with a touch of humour and poked fun at him, asking, “Do you know Hindi?” To which Jackson confessed, “Little bit.” The comedian then teased Jackson for his friendship with Bollywood actor Disha Patani. Revealing how Wang rode a chariot during his last visit with Disha Patani, Kapil asked if he and Disha are `just friends` or more than that. Jackson confessed, “Only friends.”
The host informed the Korean rapper about his popularity in India and told him that Indian girls are fans of his songs. Pat comes the reply from Jackson, “Never.” The singer then revealed the reason behind denying the fact and shared, “I`m coming to India for the second time. And on this trip, I went to three clubs.” Kapil quickly asked, “What happened there?” Wang revealed, “No one looked at me.” To lighten the environment, Kapil quipped, “Maybe it was dark inside the club,” stating the possibility of why people could not see him. Jackson then said, “No, I`m pretty white. You people can see me. I walk and they look through me. Every time in India, when people know me, my community, they always come and ask for autographs, but always for their friend, never for them. So, maybe this is my last visit to India. I am so sad.” To cheer him up, he asked the live audience to raise hands if they were Jackson Wang`s fans. When everyone raised their hands, Wang quipped, “Very good actors.”
Jackson’s Garba and Bhangra moves leave all in splits
Jackson was seen teaching dance moves to the four actors, when Pratik suddenly claimed, “Arey, ye to Garba hai (This is Garba!)” which made everyone burst into laughter. The episode then ends on a fun note with Pratik teaching him a few Garba dance steps and Kapil performing some Bhangra steps with him.
For the unversed, Kapil has recently been under scrutiny after nine bullets were fired at his café in Canada. While no one was harmed, the police personnel are investigating the incident.
