Salman Khan takes a jibe at AR Murugadoss for accusing him of Sikandar failure

The episode saw a fun twist when comedian Ravi Gupta entered the Bigg Boss 19 house as a special guest. His quick wit and infectious energy instantly lifted the mood as he participated in an engaging task and shared light-hearted moments with Salman Khan on stage.

Ravi not only brought humour and playful banter but also gave viewers a glimpse of what the contestants are like behind the cameras. With his trademark comic charm, he mimicked and narrated funny anecdotes about their off-screen behaviour, leaving both Salman and the housemates in splits.

Salman Khan addresses past fallout with Arijit Singh

In a heartfelt and unexpected revelation on Bigg Boss 19’s Weekend Ka Vaar, Salman Khan opened up about his long-speculated professional rift with singer Arijit Singh. During a light-hearted chat with comedian Ravi Gupta in a fun segment on the show, Salman candidly addressed the matter, saying, “I realised I was wrong.”

The superstar used the moment to clarify that there had been misunderstandings in the past, but any professional tension between him and Arijit has now been resolved. He also mentioned that Arijit had sung for him in previous projects, further dismissing long-standing rumours of a fallout.

Further in the conversation, Ravi asked about the films he regretted doing, to which Salman Khan named his former films Suryavanshi (1992) and Nishchay (1992). Further, when Ravi nudged about recent films, Salman addressed the ongoing controversy with A R Murugadoss, he said, “Nayi mein se koi nahi hai… log kehte hain Sikandar par main nahi manta, uska plot bahut acha tha (I don’t regret doing any film in the recent times. People do say it can be Sikandar, but I don’t believe that. The plot of the film was good).”

Salman Khan accused Sajid Nadiadwala and AR Murugadoss of bailing out

Salman then slammed the director for his comments after the film failed at box office, “Lekin kya hai na mein main set pe raat ke 9 baje pahuchta tha, toh usme gadbad ho gayi. Meri pasaliyan tooti thi, isne jo hamare director (AR Murugadoss) sahab hain unhone ye kaha. Lekin unki picture (Madharaasi) abhi ek release hui hai jisme actor 6 baje pahuchta tha (I used to arrive on sets by 9 PM, and that created issues. This is what the director said but my rib was broken. Recently, another picture of his was released, and the actor of the film used to reach the set by 6).”

Salman also discussed how producer Sajid Nadiadwala and Murugadoss tried to avoid criticism for the film.

“This is Murugadoss and Sajid Nadiadwala`s picture. Uske baad Sajid pahle kalti, Murugadoss wapas se hat gaya wahan se seedha South mein picture ki (Initially, Murugadoss and Sajid Nadiadwala owned the film, but Sajid subsequently fled. Then Murugadoss left and made a film in the South),” Salman explained.

The Tiger 3 actor went on to take a sly dig at Madharaasi`s box office failure, adding, “Madharaasi karke picture unhone direct ki hai jo ki release hui, bahut badi film hai aur utni hi badi….(smiles), Sikandar se badi blockbuster (He has directed a film called Madharaasi. It is a very big and a bigger blockbuster than Sikandar).”
