In today’s episode of The 50 Munawar Faruqui stepped into the Mahal not just as a guest, but to stir things up and Urvashi Dholakia was clearly his chosen player for the moment. Munawar gave her multiple dares, from mimicking Krishna to leaving Prince hanging mid conversation and criticising Hamid’s coffee.
Munawar Faruqui dares Urvashi Dholakia
Munawar’s first dare for Urvashi was to mimic Krishna’s way of speaking, and she accepted it without hesitation. Krishna was casually having a conversation with her when Urvashi said, “Dusre side ke upar bharosa nahi rakh sakte.” Immediately after Krishna’s sentence Urvashi cheekily mimicked her accent while repeating the word “bharosa,” with Krishna laughing it off.
Then came the boldest dare of the lot. Munawar asked her to walk up to Hamid and tell him, “Yeh ghatiya coffee podhe mein daalenge na, toh podha mar jayega.” She actually said it with a completely straight face, leaving Hamid visibly confused as he tried to process whether he had just been insulted or initiated into a joke that he had missed.
If that wasn’t enough, Munawar added one more dare. He asked her to casually approach Prince and ask him if he had eaten his food, and then walk away mid conversation. Urvashi followed through, leaving Prince in pure confusion.
Munawar Faruqui brings a major twist
Tension rose sharply when Munawar openly challenged the social dynamics of the house. “Lion ne kaha mere arena mein players hain,” but then hit hard with reality: “Mein kahunga players toh kuch hai, kuch abhi bhi… followers hi hain.”
The room changed suddenly. Archana Gautam tried to ease the tension by loudly pushing for alliances to be formed, but Munawar wasn’t having any of it. “Archana, aap ye volume mein achi nahi sound karti,” he quipped, gesturing his hand upwards, signalling that she only sounds good in her signature high-pitched tone. The group laughed, and it threw her off for a moment in the middle of her plan.
Standing on the platform, Munawar shared an old Gujarati saying: “Satta thi shaanpatti nahi,” which roughly translates to true power or authority doesn’t need to be shown off with arrogance or force. He made it clear that while others might have power, they can’t outsmart him.
Overall, that day’s episode saw Munawar’s dares bringing both laughter and moments of tension for the celebrity contestants inside the Palace.
