Amaal Mallik has emerged as one of the most-talked-about contestants of the Bigg Boss 19 house. The singer has been facing flak for abusive language and controversial remarks on other contestants. This time was no different. He faced the wrath of netizens after he touched Abhishek Bajaj’s face during the nominations task. Former Bigg Boss contestants Gauahar Khan and Kamya Panjabi took to their social media and called out Amaal’s behaviour.

Gauahar Khan took to X (formerly Twitter) and expressed her disapproval of the physical provocation. She wrote, “How dare someone touch another person`s face???? Almost squeezing lips??? What the hell is this? Provocation in touch is physicality. Isn’t that simple???? Pull Amaal up or let everyone loose like animals to hit each other. If this is allowed, where would u draw the line?? Kahaan likha hai ke kisi ke body ko allowed hai touch karna in any form. Ab kaun charge kiya forehead touch karne???? Ab bhi provocative nahi tha???”

This comes after she confronted Amaal during one of the Weekend Ka Vaar appearances. She called him out for doga personality and passing racist remark on Pranit More. She even gave him an earful for calling Awez Darbar’s followers fake.

What happened during nominations task?
This week’s nomination comes with a twist — only spicy pani puris! Housemates must feed pani puris to those they wish to nominate. tensions escalated when Amaal Mallik fed a pani puri to Abhishek Bajaj in an aggressive manner during the nominations task. While doing so, Amaal taunted, “Ghar ka saara gand khaata hai, yeh bhi khaale.” (He eats all the mess in the house; he might as well eat this too.) He squeezed Baja’s face while performing the task after which the actor snapped back saying, “Mooh pe haath kyun lagaya?”
The confrontation intensified as Abhishek pushed Amaal in anger. This led Baseer Ali to intervene, saying, “Dhakka kya maar raha hai usko? Jaakar udhar baith, bewakoof.” (Why are you pushing him? Go sit there, stupid.)
