​Block on Borivali–Bhayandar Fast lines, Prabhadevi station to affect services 

Western Railway will undertake a jumbo block on the UP and DOWN Fast lines between Borivali and Bhayandar and a major block at Prabhadevi station during the intervening night of 14th/15th March (Saturday/Sunday) for operational works, including the de-launching of a girder at the Prabhadevi Road Overbridge.

According to a press release, the Borivali–Bhayandar block will be in effect from 12.15 am to 3.45 am, while the Prabhadevi block will implemented from 1.30 am to 6 am.

During the Borivali–Bhayandar block, all the Fast line trains will be diverted to the slow line between Virar/Vasai Road and Borivali.

At Prabhadevi, some suburban services will be cancelled, short-terminated, or reversed from Dadar and Bandra.

No suburban trains will operate between Churchgate and Prabhadevi, or at Matunga Road and Mahim during the block period.

Train 09184 Varanasi – Mumbai Central (March 13): Regulated by 2 hours

Train 22946 Okha – Mumbai Central (March 14): Regulated by 1 hour 45 minutes

Train 12928 Ekta Nagar – Dadar (March 14): Regulated by 1 hour

Train 12902 Ahmedabad – Dadar (March 14): Regulated by 1 hour

Train 09052 Bhusaval – Dadar (March 14): Regulated by 45 minutes

Train 22953 Mumbai Central – Ahmedabad (March 15): Rescheduled to depart at 6.10 am instead of 5.40 am.

Western Railway has clarified that there will be no daytime blocks on the suburban section on Sunday, March 15. Commuters are advised to plan their journeys accordingly.
