The event at the hospital also drew a large number of attendees. With the crowd swelling, the situation became difficult to manage for security personnel. Several fans reportedly crowded onto an escalator inside the hospital building to reach the venue where the actor was scheduled to speak. Owing to the excessive crowd on the escalator, the machine was reportedly damaged, forcing authorities to temporarily halt access to that section of the building.
