​One dead, over 36 injured in Holi-related incidents across Mumbai 

As the city wound down after Holi celebrations, hospitals across Mumbai reported a handful of festival-related casualties, including several minor injuries and one confirmed death. Most cases involved treatable concerns such as minor burns, eye irritation due to colours, dehydration, or small fractures caused by slips or scuffles.

Tushar Sunil Unjanwal, 18, from the Wadala Truck Terminus area, was brought dead to the hospital with trauma to his left toes, middle finger, and blunt force injury to the right side of his face. He was allegedly assaulted by 8-10 people in the area after playing Holi.

Meanwhile, KEM Hospital reported injuries to eight people, including four minors, Nair Hospital saw eight injuries (two minors), Sion Hospital reported 17 injuries, with Unjanwal brought in dead, and Cooper Hospital reported three cases.
