The couple allegedly had a quiet engagement ceremony and have continued to refrain from directly addressing their relationship.

Now, a wedding invite, rumoured to belong to Rashmika and Vijay, is doing the rounds on social media. The letter invites guests to the couple’s wedding reception, reportedly to be hosted in Hyderabad.
The invite reads: “I am writing to share some special news and to invite you to be part of a huge moment. With the love and blessings of our families, Rashmika and I will be getting married on 26.02.26 in a small ceremony.
“As we begin this new chapter- celebrating and creating memories around our union- it would truly mean a lot to us to celebrate with those who have been a part of our journeys. Your presence and blessings would make this occasion even more special for us. We warmly invite you to join us and bless us at our wedding reception.”
The letter is signed by Vijay, mentioning that the invite is also on behalf of Rashmika.

According to a source close to Hindustan Times, the wedding is reportedly planned at a palace in Udaipur. “Rashmika and Vijay’s wedding is planned to take place at a heritage property in Udaipur. Much like their engagement, the plan is to keep the ceremony intimate, with only close family and friends in attendance,” the source said.
Rashmika and Vijay’s dating history
Rashmika and Vijay have been rumoured to be dating since their first on-screen pairing in the 2018 hit Geetha Govindam, followed by Dear Comrade in 2019.
Over the years, they have often been spotted together at events and on vacations. In August, the duo led the 43rd India Day Parade in New York and attended the Bharat Beyond Borders event. Fans have long speculated about their relationship, especially after noticing that both actors frequently post photos from the same holiday destinations.
In 2024, both admitted they were not single but refrained from naming their partners. The pair were recently spotted leaving an airport together, fueling buzz that they’re ready to go public with their relationship.
