The Bigg Boss 19`s wildcard contestant, Malti Chahar, brought some intense yet fun drama to the show with her entry. Malti managed to hold on to the nerve of the show and served the fans some dramatic yet entertaining moments. Be it her fight with Tanya, Mridul or her tantrums over duties, Malti has become the talk of the house.

However, the show shouldn`t be a major task for her, as Malti has an interesting connection to Bigg Boss. Malti`s brother and cricketer Deepak Chahar`s wife Jaya Bhardwaj is the sister of former Bigg Boss 5 contestant Sidharth Bharadwaj. Sidharth was the runner-up of season 5, while Juhi Parmar lifted the trophy. Staying till the end of the season must have surely been an intriguing experience to share for the actor and reality star. 

Just as Baseer Ali in the season 19 house, Sidharth was also a Splitsvilla contestant; he even lifted the trophy for season 2 before entering the Bigg Boss house. Though Malti hasn`t mentioned Sidharth, it will be interesting to know whether the former runner-up gave her tips on the show. 

Malti Chahar`s game in Bigg Boss 19

Talking about Malti`s game, she had the advantage of making her alliance wisely, as she had already watched the previous episodes and knew about their games. In her first Weekend Ka Vaar, Malti received positive feedback from Salman Khan. Her kitchen battles got acknowledged, and even Tanya Mittal got called out for constantly asking about how she was looking outside and then reacting negatively towards Malti`s feedback. 

Salman then revisited a previous incident when Malti had declined lunch duty for a day, asking to do it after her gym session. He observed, “That was just for one day, and she’s a newcomer. She’s strong-headed and can give good competition, so she becomes an easy target because she’s new here.”

Farrhana added that Malti’s behaviour during the incident was inappropriate and that there’s a right way to request a delay, which the housemates would have respected. Salman then pointed out that Nehal herself had once requested to delay her lunch duty, asking to do it after her gym session. He noted, “Even when you asked everyone that lunch would be delayed, you were also not very soft in the way you requested it.”
