Summer demands the freshness of a Mediterranean menu. Milagro’s new menu is rooted in European influence with a selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian items like Carpaccio Coco Asparagus, Slow Cooked Lamb and Chicken Diavolo (above). The cocktail programme also features diverse flavour curations like aged Mezcal Negroni, Carajillo Milagroso, the fruity Patio Andaluz and the gin-forward Rebujito.

2 Macaron medley

You have heard of ice cream sandwiches, now it’s time to make way for ice cream macarons. Yauatcha brings together a refreshing medley of crisp macaron shells stuffed with smooth ice cream and sorbets. The menu introduces three innovative flavours with familiar inclusions like Lychee Raspberry, Coconut Lime which plays with an earthy coconut shell and the acidity of lime sorbet, and finally the Chocolate Soy Caramel adding warmth to the selections.
