Actor Sonakshi Sinha, in her latest YouTube vlog, offered fans a glimpse into her new Mumbai home with husband Zaheer Iqbal. The couple revealed they had purchased the sprawling property even before their wedding and began renovations months ago. “It has been a while, before our shaadi!” Sonakshi said, while Zaheer added, “We started buying the property way before the shaadi and kept it like that — we said after marriage, we’ll start.” The duo showcased parts of their soon-to-be-finished home, including the kitchen and living space, crediting interior designer Payal Makwana and Garnet contractors. Sharing their “dream home” ideas, Sonakshi said she envisioned a clean, white space, while Zaheer joked he wanted sturdy furniture “so anyone can dance on it anytime.”

Kannada star Rishab Shetty has urged audiences not to dress up as Daiva while watching his film Kantara: Chapter 1 in theatres. His statement came after a video surfaced online showing a fan watching the film dressed as Daiva. In an interview with a news channel, Rishab said that such acts deeply offend him and the community that worships Daiva. “Definitely, it’s very unfortunate because that was never our intention behind making this film. It really hurts us. Please don’t do such things,” he said. Emphasising that Kantara was made purely for a cinematic experience, he added, “The concept of Daiva that we have brought into the film is sacred, not cinema for us.” The film released in cinemas on October 2. According to Sacnilk, the movie has approximately earning R278.37 crore at the box office in six days.
